• AVAILABLITY Appointments can be made up to 1 day in advance. Call the office if you don’t find a time that works for you – there are usually options not visible on the portal.
  • PROCESS (Beginning June 8, 2026) Log in to your patient portal click the “schedule an appointment” tab, proceed with the prompts, and pick a time from the available options.
• AGE LIMITS Sick visits self-scheduling is open to patients over 3 months of age. Infants younger than 3 months are at higher risk medically so it is essential that you call our office and talk to our staff members to arrange an appointment for them.
• SICK VISITS These appointments are for typical pediatric illnesses, rashes, and minor injuries.  Examples include sore throat, ear pain, pink eye, cold symptoms, impetigo, urinary symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. The appointments are NOT for well visits, chronic/complex medical or mental health issues. For those appointments, please call the office so one of our staff members can find the best appointment time & provider to adequately address the issue.
• SIBLING APPTS If multiple children or siblings need to be seen, each child must have their own separate appointment with the same provider. Parents/guardians are required to go through the online scheduling process for each child individually and are limited to two siblings per provider. Please choose consecutive times. If consecutive times are unavailable, please call the office.
• VISIT REASON Your visit reason matters. The reason you choose for the appointment scheduled will determine the scope of the evaluation. You may be asked to reschedule your appointment if the reason selected is not the reason you need to be seen.
